Upendra Prasad Singh is the Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor of technology degree in mechanical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He is a retired Indian Administrative Services officer. He has over 37 years of experience in the field of administration. He was previously associated with Ministry of Textiles, Government of India as the secretary, Ministry of Jalshakti, Government of India as the secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India as the additional secretary, Ministry of Steel, Government of India as the joint secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment, Government of Odisha as the principal secretary, Commerce and Transport Department, Government of Odisha as the transport commissioner, Department of Finance and Company Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India as a director and has been the district collector and district magistrate of Balangir district, Odisha.
