We're thrilled to share the highlights from the CII EcoMedSummit - Advancing Sustainable Healthcare, which took place on February 20, 2024. 
The summit was graced by the presence of Dr. Dharmindar Nagar, Managing Director, Paras Health and Chairperson of CII Regional Committee who presided over the event as a distinguished moderator & inaugurated the event.
Dr. Nagar's insightful address focused on quantifying the Healthcare Waste problem delved into the Impact of Covid-19 and its ecological consequences, and emphasized Paras Health's unwavering commitment towards environmental sustainability.
Additionally, he laid emphasis on how the healthcare sector must focus on a transition plan; that encompasses decarbonization; responds to climate risk and still contributes to the economy's wide transition as short and medium term goals.
