He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Gastroenterology. He has served the Indian Army in Armed Forces Medical Services with distinction for more than 3 decades. He has held multiple appointments during his services, notable being Consultant Gastroenterology at Command Hospitals in Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune and Base Hospital, Delhi Cantt. He has received Vishisht Seva Medal from the Hon. President of India for his meritorious services.
