Dr Dharminder Nagar is the Managing Director of Paras Health. He is an accomplished and visionary leader in the hospital and healthcare industry, recognized for his extensive experience, remarkable achievements, and unwavering commitment to transforming the healthcare landscape. As the Managing Director of Paras Health, he has played a pivotal role in the expansion of the hospital chain, which has grown from a modest single hospital in Gurugram to eight hospitals across North India. Paras Health, Srinagar, has become the largest corporate super specialty hospital in Kashmir, featuring a capacity of 200 beds.

Under Dr Nagar’'s leadership, Paras Health has established itself as a beacon of healthcare services,prioritizing patient-centric care and innovative medical solutions that adhere to the principles of compassion, accessibility, affordability, and quality.

In the last decade, Dr Nagar has made a profound impact on education by providing scholarships to over 1,000 students from underprivileged families studying in government schools. He is committed to empowering Indian nurses, particularly women, ensuring their contributions are recognized not just in urban centers but also in rural areas. To this end, he has hired 400 female nurses in Patna Hospital and aims to create even more employment opportunities for women across the country.
