Dr. Tajammul Nazir Fazili is the Director of Urology and Uro Oncology at Paras Health, Srinagar. He earned his MBBS and MS degrees from GMC, Srinagar, and furthered his training in Urology at Apollo Hospitals in Madras. He then completed a Fellowship in Kidney Transplant in Kansas City, USA, after which he performed the first-ever kidney transplant in Jammu and Kashmir in 1999 at SKIMS. Later, he moved to the United Kingdom to complete a Fellowship in Uro Oncology, solidifying his expertise in this specialized field. Subsequent to this he served as chief Urologist at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Louisiana, USA.
