Dr. Altaf Umar Ramzan is a distinguished figure in the field of neurosurgery, currently serving as the Director of Neurosciences amd Senior Consultant, Neurosurgery at Paras Health, Srinagar. With more than 30 years of experience , his extensive background includes his previous role as professor and Head of Neurosurgery at SKIMS,where he also contributed as a member of the Governing Body. With 160 publications in reputed national and international journals and having served as chief investigator or co-investigator in over 30 research projects, his leadership and expertise have significantly impacted neurosurgical practices in the region.
